Valentine's Day Lunch at your Shed - Friday 14th February from 11:30AM On Friday week, February 14, The Melville Community Men's Shed will be hosting a Valentine's Day Lunch in the Shed. The menu consists of chicken and salad with cake to follow. The cost is $10 per head. Soft drinks can be purchased from the fridge for $2.00/can. Partners very welcome. Preferably only one at a time. The function will be held upstairs in the Function Room from 11:30AM. The Shed’s musicians will be providing a musical setting. So come along and have some fun while supporting your Shed. After morning tea, come upstairs for 10:30 am to hear a presentation about Scams, phishing and associated nefarious activities foisted on our older generation.

  EVERY TUESDAY UNTIL CHRISTMAS          (starts November 5th)   Request for HELP in the workshop!!!  Throughout the year members have been making toys, Christmas decorations, breadboards etc for sale to raise funds for the Shed. However, with the Heathcote Maker's Market this Sunday and the upcoming Bunnings Foyer Sale on 14th December, we have run out of stock! 😮  Here's a change to upgrade your wood working skills. Next week from Tuesday 5th November (and every Tuesday 'till Christmas), we will be running workshops to manufacture more stock. Come down to the Shed and report for work. 🫡  There will be plenty of cutting, gluing, sanding and painting to be done! 🪚🔨🪛  Patrick has all the plans so you can get up and running.  Thanks in anticipation for your support.

Perth Makers Market @ Goolupgatup Heathcote Reserve - This Sunday 3rd November 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Melville Community Men's Shed is participating in the Perth Maker's Market this Sunday at Heathcote. Members have been super busy manufacturing items for sale including breadboards, Christmas decorations and children's toys. Why not support your shed and the local community by dropping in and saying hi on Sunday. Kate and Paula will be fronting our stall.
