Men’s Health Contact List
The Men’s Health Contact List is compiled by Andrology Australia with the aim of directing men to services that will help them make good decisions about their health. It folds to credit card size for easy storage in the wallet.

Men’s Health and Wellbeing WA is the peak independent not-for-profit charity organisation dedicated to representing and promoting the health and wellbeing of boys and men in Western Australia.

for their own health and wellbeing.

It encourages men to be proactive in taking control over their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing (provided by the Men’s Health and Wellbeing WA).
PROST! Exercise 4 Prostate Cancer Inc
PROST! offers men with a prostate cancer diagnosis ongoing support through an evidence-based tailored group exercise program supervised by qualified exercise physiologists to help their recovery from the various treatments for prostate cancer such as incontinence and sexual dysfunction. The group nature of the program and the coffee club held after each exercise session also supports men with their mental health.
The program is for “ordinary” blokes (all sizes, shapes and ages) and aims to achieve extra-ordinary outcomes for them from their cancer journey. Prior to registration all participants must declare any pre-existing medical conditions potentially affected by exercise and undertake a pre-exercise assessment for their overall fitness to participate. The exercises are moderate in intensity and fun. Two one-hour sessions a week are offered at each location. The attendance cost is $12 per one hour session, for which some private health insurers provide a rebate of $10 a session (e.g. HBF).
PROST! operates from three locations: Subiaco Football Club’s gymnasium at Leederville Oval; in Nedlands at the University of WA in the Exercise and Performance Centre; and in Fremantle at BFT gymnasium in Queen Victoria Street. Their fourth location will soon open in Joondalup at the West Perth Football Club’s gymnasium at Pentanet Stadium, Joondalup Arena.
