The second AGM of the Melville Shed is being held on Sunday 11/9/2022 - for the first time in the Shed.

All current financial Members, recent Applicants and interested parties can attend.

2) Elect Office Bearers for 22-23.Management Committee as per the Rule (Constitution) of MCMS

4) Food will be provided after the meeting - light snacks and drinks.

The AGM commences at 10:30 am sharp so please come a little earlier to sign in the attendance book and check if are an eligible member to vote - see this link Part 3, Division 1. (especially 7 below*)

Being a Sunday, parking will be a lot easier than during the week. Please ensure that ACROD bays are respected and LOCK you vehicles.

* 7. Becoming a member
An applicant for membership of the Association becomes a member when —
(a) the committee accepts the application; and
(b) the applicant pays any membership fees payable to the Association under rule 12.
