You must show a valid Vaccination Certificate which shows you have had two vaccinations. That applies to everyone entering a hall 16 years old and over unless you have a medical exemption.
Sign in with SafeWA or ServiceWA by scanning the QR Code. Otherwise, to be signed in manually and the record kept by the person in charge of the Meeting.
Masks must be worn by everyone over 12 years of age while inside the hall . Any medical exemption to be shown to the Responsible Person in line with WA Health requirements.
Also
- hand sanitation/cleaning on arrival.
- no one should attend when sick.
- 1.5m physical distance recommendation remains, including in lining up, activities, opening/closing..
- Open all doors and windows with fans on to circulate air.
- Further information can be found on the ServiceWA app to keep up to date with new public health measures.
