AGM (Annual General Meeting)

AGM proceedings will start at 10:00AM and will be followed by sandwiches and a cuppa on completion.

The AGM will include an election of members of the Committee.

Members who wish to be considered for election to the Committee must nominate in writing by Monday 3rd July 2023.

The election will consist of ballots for the following positions:

4 x Office Holders:

                                - Chairperson

                                - Deputy Chairperson

                                - Secretary

                                - Treasurer

6 x Ordinary Committee Members
